How does it work? After payment the badge appears automatically within about a minute, with no account and no login. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Is it permanent? Yes, one-time payment, lifetime badge. You can upgrade to a higher tier later by paying again with the same profile.

Who can actually see it? People running Pulse, when they open your Steam profile. The badge is drawn by the extension, so a visitor without it installed sees your profile exactly as Steam serves it. Worth knowing before you pay: this is a mark for the CS2 crowd that uses the panel, not a change to your Steam account.

Do I need Pulse installed myself? No. The badge is attached to the Steam profile you type in, not to your browser. You will not see it on your own screen unless you install the extension, but everyone else running Pulse will.

Can I move it to a different profile later? Not on your own, because the badge is tied to the SteamID you entered at checkout. Type the profile carefully, and use the preview above to confirm it is the right account. If you get it wrong, ask on Discord and it can be moved by hand.

What if my Steam profile is private? The badge still works, because it only needs the SteamID. The preview on this page may show less, since it reads what Steam makes public.

Is there a refund? If the badge never appeared, you get a full refund on request. If you picked the wrong tier or the wrong profile, it gets fixed or refunded. And if you simply changed your mind within 14 days, ask on Discord and you get the money back, even though EU law on digital content would let us say no. All three cases are written down in the terms.

Where does the money go? Running costs: the domain, the server that talks to the CS2 game coordinator, and the Cloudflare Workers that fetch and cache stats. Pulse itself stays free for everyone, with no ads and no telemetry.
